In accordance with the previously distributed press release, this is to advise that the California Independent System Operator indeed has declared a Stage 1 Electrical Emergency effective at 3:20 p.m. today and running through at least 6:00 p.m. today. We have been asked to advise our customers to conserve electric use and to prepare to take additional actions if a Stage 2 or Stage 3 electrical emergency is declared.
