Dear John,
Don't know if you will be the recipient here but I have some questions.
What is the current % of Alamedans on the main Island using Public trans to work ? Is it more than 16 %?
If option one and two will generate the same number of Jobs? Where are they? It sounds like with or without retail we will have the same number of jobs generated. How is that possible?
How can option 2 and option 3 both be similar to the current form and character of the main Island when one has 1800 houses and one has 4000.
Also, when I spoke to you a while back you said that a study had been done about how many people who live in Alameda, also work here. Or to put it another way, How many people who work here also reside here? I have yet to see such a study and doubt if it exists. Until we quantify this issue, all arguements for development as job creating mechanisms are fallacious.
Regards,
Marilyn Pomeroy

John, according to the Alameda Sun... SunCal has defaulted. Or maybe the check is in the mail. Apparently they have defaulted elsewhere.

My question is... is this the report that was funded by SunCal?
