Come to a party!

Lot’s going on this weekend. The Estuary Crossing study draft is being unveiled at Pasta Pelican Saturday morning from 10-12, go give you comments on this feasibility study on better connecting West End bicyclists and pedestrians with Oakland.

At noon, Doug Siden, who is running unopposed for the East Bay Regional Parks board (and therefore won’t be on the ballot, but he’s there!), will be inaugurating the new section of the Bay Trail beginning at the Boat Ramp behind Encinal High School. The new beach and trails heads into the Point.

And on Sunday, you’re invited to come to a party in support of Marie Gilmore’s re-election campaign co-hosted by your truly. (for privacy reasons, I’m not printing the address here, just email me for the info if you want to come).
