2008 Election Fun
Short post this morning, with the election 6 days away, it’s time to have some fun.
I’ve put together a short 2008 Alameda Election Survey. It’ll take 20 seconds (it’s only local election info, vote for who/what you think will happen (not what you want to happen) next Tuesday. I’ll post summary updates every day (I’ve cheaped out and not paid for the deluxe survey, so he results aren’t able to be made public from the surveymonkey site).
On the less fun side, I went to bed last night reading the Sacramento Bee, which quoted the Governor saying that education should be prepared for a $2 Billion cut this year (you know, because school administrators haven’t cut costs). I woke up to the SF Chronicle reporting that it’s now $2-4 Billion cut. Fun times ahead. Thank goodness our community narrowly passed Measure H (oh, wait a minute….)
