Alameda, California, November 29, 2007 – Alameda Power & Telecom, the municipal electric and telecommunications enterprise serving the City of Alameda, has announced that applications are now available for rebates to customers installing solar photovoltaic (PV) systems.
“There’s been great interest in our community in residential and commercial solar
systems,” said General Manager Girish Balachandran. “We’re very happy that customers would consider adding to our very green power mix, one that is already over 80% clean and renewable.”
